Day 3, the final day of MUSINK was awesome! Some wild Saturday night after parties got the morning started a little quiet but by 12 the machines were buzz'in and the the energy level was at full tilt. We started off with a couple of seminars. Next was the tattoo contests, this is how the contestants faired.
Best back piece was won by Ron Castillo, tattooed by Paul Dhuey at Guru Tattoo.
Best arm/leg sleeve piece was won by John Pyles, tattooed by Mike Devries at MD Tattoo Studios.
Best music related piece was won by Peter Levy, tattooed by Chente at Under The Gun.
Winds of Plague hit the stage at 6:00 and heated up the crowd. Next on the bill was the Throwdown and that's exactly what they did! While the stage prepared
for Danzig we had the tattoo of the day competition. A big thanks to Mike Ferguson and his crew at 1st Amendment Tattoo for making all the competitions happen.
The winner of tattoo of the day was Rick Ebersbach by Tommy Montoya from Ink Slingers. Wrapping up the night Danzig hit the stage and was everything we all dreamed it would be. Thanks to all the Bands, Artists, Vendors and you for making this MUSINK a big success.

A Message from Nekromantix:
Due to the recent terrible accident that caused the death of our dear friend and drummer Andrew Martinez,
we have decided to cancel the appearance at MUSINK Feb. 20th. We are
obviously still in shock and need some time to find the right
replacement in order to give a perfect performance.
We are very sorry for this and hope everybody can understand our decision.
We are positive that this show is still gonna be a blast and encourage everybody to attend.
-Kim Nekroman
At Kim Nekroman's suggestion, we added The Rocketz to the bill. We thought Andrew would get a kick out of that. - Bill Hardie
